No, we do not have contracts. You can do a one-time service or schedule weekly or bi-weekly services. We encourage clients to try at least three services before deciding to cancel the service. Service can be cancelled as easily as texting or emailing. We ask for at least 48 hours' notice.

We offer mowing, edging, weeding, blowing off hard surfaces, hedge trimming, seasonal cleanups, fertilization, leaf removal, and mulching.

A typical 60 x 120 yard, front and back, starts at $40. A yard that is larger than half an acre is usually around $100. We don't usually do yards that are one acre and larger. Leaf removal typically is between $75 and $100 for a 60 x 120 yard. Price includes the cost of bags.

We mainly focus on small to medium residential yards. A small yard would be at typical 60 x 120 lot. Anything larger would be a medium yard up to half an acre. More than half an acre is a large yard. We don't typically do yards larger than an acre.
